Our personal service includes:
· Contacting the client prior to his/her house-hunting trip to get more details about the individual's requirements
· Research available rental accommodation, based on requirements
· Set up appointments to view rental accommodations.
· Pick up prospective renter/transferee at hotel and accompany them to view selected rental accommodation
· Provide general information about the Landlord and Tenant Act, pertaining to renters, and assist in completion of leasing documentation, if required.

SETTLING-IN AND ORIENTATION SERVICES

KW Total Care Services settling-in service is tailored to meet the special needs and requirements of the transferee and/or family, and will provide information about various topics, such as:
Where do I apply for a Health Card?
Where do I apply for a Social Insurance Number?
Where is the local Immigration Office?
What do I have to do to get my driver's license?
What options of schooling do I have for my children?

As part of our orientation service we are able to provide specific information to transferees when coming on a job or house hunting trip.
